Shipping info

We use secure and fast tracked shipping as well as free standard on certain products, for all over the world.

We're shipping from United States, china, new zealand... that's because our products are made on demand from different suppliers.

with production times that vary between (2-7) days

Normally with fedex ship orders arrive within  5 or 10 business days from completion of your product,  depending on your location.

You will receive an email with a tracking link once the order is shipped!

You're absolutely free to contact us to review the status of your order :)

Refunds

If you receive a defective product or the wrong size for your order, you will receive the correct one/be refunded :)

If the package is lost in transit you will be refunded or we will send you the same item/s again.

Returns

All sales are final, but if there is an issue or concern with a product, please contact us.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you want to return an item for a size swap/refund, please reach out to buttteeboi@gmail.com .

Take note that you will have to pay for the return shipping and the shipping fee of the replacement for size swap requests.
